Timings of training sessions

Not foreseeing unforeseeable circumstances, the time to meet for training sessions are as such.

ECP race course meet at 0430am at the usual place. (for those who STILL dunno where that is!! ECP B1 carpark)

Yio Chu Kang Stadium meet at 1700/5pm, training starts at 530pm.

ADSD pool training meet at 1730/530pm, training starts at 6pm.
